Low-Carb Bread Rolls

These are great for a light breakfast and take hardly anytime to make or bake!

Ingredients
75g ground almonds
pinch of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg, beaten.


Method
(1) Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.


(2) Preheat the oven to 180°c/gas 4. Line a baking tray and drop 4 blobs of mixture onto it. You can try and make them round but I quite like the rock-cake look of mine.


(3) Bake for 12-15 minutes until risen and a skewer comes out clean. Transfer to a baking tray to cool.

To serve
These taste great hot or cold. I had one straight from the oven, with peanut butter on. Yum!
