Rock Cakes. When we lived in Windsor a bakery near us made these and being that we did not know Rock Cakes we had to try some. Well, they became one of our favorite pastries. The last time we were in England we went to Windsor just to go to this bakery for Rock Cakes and they were closed for vacation so we have never had Rock Cakes again.

ReplyDeleteWe had a flourless chocolate cake yesterday - really good but I've never tried making one myself. Could be an interesting experiment!
